How often is the collection updated?

When we have made new discoveries, we want to share them as soon as possible. However, our goldsmith often needs some time to make a piece of jewelry shine like never before. Looking for something specific? Please do not hesitate to contact us! Maybe the perfect ring isn't online yet, but we already have it.

Where can I see the collection?

At this moment our jewelry can only be found online. Through various images we hope to give everyone the best possible impression of our jewelry. If you have specific questions about our jewelry, you can contact us by phone, email or through our socials.

Do you do collaborations?

Yes, The Vintage Company is always open to possible collaborations! Send an e-mail to with the proposal and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How can an order be returned?

An order may be returned within the period of 14 days. This applies from the day the order was received. The return label must be attached to the jewellery, and must be returned in the original packaging (jewellery box). If this is done in a different packaging, The Vintage Company reserves the right to deduct the costs of the jewellery box from the total amount to be reimbursed.

The return can be registered via the online form on the website. Then the order can be returned to the address given there. The shipping costs are for your own account. The Vintage Company advises to insure the shipment, as the sender is responsible for the shipment until it is received by The Vintage Company.

Returns are processed within 5 working days after receipt by The Vintage Company.

Payment security
The Vintage Company has no access to any bank details. Everything is automatically transferred to the paymaster via an encrypted and secure system. Even in the case of a refund the details are not fully visible.

The Vintage Company delivers everywhere! Within the Netherlands & Belgium we ship for free, and we always use the service of PostNL. Should there be a preference for a different dispatcher, please contact us for the possibilities.

Orders where there is chosen for one of the adjustment possibilities, and therefore different from the original size, go first to our goldsmith. The adjustment of a ring takes approximately 5 working days.

We cannot guarantee that when an order leaves The Vintage Company it will be delivered the next working day. We are dependent on the shipping companies. On average this takes 1 to 2 working days.

International orders
For the dispatch of international orders within the Netherlands we use PostNL, which then transfers the order to the local transport company of the country in question. Curious about how long the shipping to a specific country will take or any shipping costs? Please contact us by phone, email or on our social channels and we will be happy to check.

Any possible extra customs clearance charges as a result of international shipments are not for the account of The Vintage Company.

There is always a reason to surprise someone! Celebrating a birthday or a special event like birth or graduation, the holidays or just because someone deserves it.

Choosing a piece of jewelry as a gift can be incredibly difficult and we know all about that. That's why we designed a The Vintage Company gift voucher especially for you. Thanks to this gift certificate, the lucky recipient can choose the perfect gift themselves.

The gift voucher is a gift in itself! Maybe not the perfect piece of jewellery stored in a beautiful jewellery box, but certainly a treat to receive! A gift box containing a gift voucher in The Vintage Company style. Who are you going to surprise?

The gift vouchers are available from €50,-. If you wish another amount than indicated on the website. Please contact us at giftcards are valid for half a year from the moment of purchase and can only be redeemed online. Gift cards represent credit and can be applied to discounted products.


The Vintage Company offers a 30-day guarantee on all its products. Upon receipt of the order the consumer is responsible for checking the product. If a wrong product is delivered, or if there are any defects, then this must be reported within 48 hours in writing to The Vintage Company. Return of the product needs to happen in the original state and packaging.

A product can only be returned in its original size. When one of the adjustment possibilities is used, the right of return expires.

Adjusting or repairing the jewelry of The Vintage Company by an external party (or by yourself) is at own risk. The warranty of the Vintage Company will expire completely.


Over time, jewelry may become a little less radiant. This is because they come into contact with other surfaces and other products. To enjoy the shine of your jewelry as long as possible, we have made a list of tips.

- Make sure you store your jewelry before you go to sleep. During your time in dreamland you move more than you realize. This puts you at risk of getting stuck somewhere and that would be a shame! The grease on your skin can also cause your jewelry to lose its shine.

- Try to avoid liquids as much as possible. Nice bath with lots of soapy water and a mask on your face? Or ready for the big spring cleaning? Make sure you take off your jewelry beforehand. Soap and oils contain certain substances that can corrode gold and gemstones. Also with other physical chores, it is advisable to think about whether you want to keep your jewelry on. Vintage jewellery is vulnerable. A day of working in the garden, a bodypump class at the gym or building a hut with your nephew? It might be wise to check whether you can take off your jewellery for a while.

- Some gemstones are very sensitive to sunlight and can even discolour. Do you have a wonderful holiday to the sun planned? Maybe you should leave your jewellery at home or take it out in the evening.

Are your jewelry still what dull become? Then you can do the following. Polish the gold with a soft cloth. You will see that it will get its shine back. Diamonds and stones can also be polished with a cloth. Still not the desired effect? Then immerse them in a bath of lukewarm water and green soap. Then use a soft toothbrush to remove the dirt from the stone, rinse it and pat the jewellery dry.

If a ring is very dirty, please contact us. In consultation with our goldsmith we will look for a solution.
